All fees are exclusive of GST.

For the first 12 months ONLY:

The Sole Trader licence allows up to 2 coaches.  

Coach 1:  $150 / month

Coach 2:  $135 / month

Then $80 / month thereafter

The first 12 months is to pay for the training cost, the licence is FREE for the first 12 months.

For the first 12 months ONLY:

The Clinic licence allows up to unlimited coaches.  

Coach 1:  $150 / month

Coach 2:  $135 / month

Coach 3:  $127 / month

Additional:  $55 / month

Then $165 / month thereafter

The first 12 months is to pay for the training cost, whilst the licence is FREE for the first 12 months.

After the first 12 months, the monthly subscription keeps your Licence current and valid.  We also ensure the fidelity of the program by QAing your classes (prior approval required from you), the data is also QA'd.  Plus full business support.

You can cancel at any time (except for the first 12 months).  There is no cancellation fee.  If you cancel the monthly subscription you will no longer hold a valid Onero Licence and can no longer run Onero classes. Your business directory listing will be revoked and your location will be automatically removed from the Osteoporosis Australia web-site.  Access to the Onero database will be revoked.

The course will pay for itself many times over.  An increased client base justifies the cost of the Licence well beyond the benefits of the program.  We have a Cost Benefit Analysis spreadsheet that you could ask for so you can see the worse case scenario vs best case scenario.  

There is a nominal annual fee, charged 12 months from the start of your Onero Academy course and annually thereafter, until you cancel.  On receipt of your annual fee, your yearly certificate (for every coach) will be automatically reissued.

The fee includes regular quality assurance checks to ensure ongoing fidelity of the program.  These are conducted either in person or via phone.

50% of the annual fee will be waived if you have entered more than 30 rows of data, with 95% accuracy and no data-cleaning is required.

The fee is $225 for a sole-trader and $460 for a Clinic.

You don’t. Onero is NOT a trainer the trainer course.  The only way to become an Onero coach is for an individual to complete Onero Academy training and receive a certificate of completion.  

The Onero Academy fee for each additional coach at a single facility or provider location is $650 / person or $55 / month.

The Bone Clinic Pty Ltd has a contractual agreement to use the OA logo only in pre-approved marketing materials.  These pre-approved marketing materials are made available to you.

NO Licencee is to use the Osteoporosis Australia logo under any circumstances.  You will be in breach of your legal obligation if you use the OA logo anywhere but the pre-approved marketing materials.

We will give you full access to Onero logo to be used on any other promotional materials.  The size of the logo is 540px by 240px - making it ideal for A4, brochure or web-site marketing.

Licensees will be notified by email when webinars are to be held.  At that time Licensees will be given the opportunity to ask questions about the program or the Licence.  The webinars will be recorded so VIP licensees can access at any time.

We have assembled a group of experienced, energetic and motivated allied health professionals and technical professionals to help you. If support falls outside the Licence agreement, we charge $150 an hour for the provision of support or services.

We provide an example Terms and Conditions (legal waiver) for you. This is to be part of your Terms and Conditions for clients commencing the ONERO programme at your premises. The client must sign this waiver before they start training to ensure that they understand they can not perform the programme outside of a licenced facility. Nor can they demonstrate it to the physio down the road, or to anyone. This is how you will protect your investment in your Licence.

You are purchasing a subscription to the Onero Programme that includes:

• A licence to use the Onero programme; and
• A ‘subscription’ to keep the licence valid.

We do sell another exercise program available to consumers at this web address https://onero.online. Please note, this is primarily a falls-prevention programme and not the evidence-based ONERO programme, available for licencing at this web-site. Onero Online can be practiced at home, completely unsupervised and has NONE of the exercises in our supervised ONERO programme. Onero Online is soon to be rebranded 'Onero Home' to avoid confusion between it and our online training platform for Licencees.

We do not control price management of Licencees. You are free to set the price of classes yourself, taking into account memberships, and location-specific expenses such as your rent. ONERO is definitely not a 12 week programme that clients can continue on by themselves at home or at the gym. You have the client for life. Currently, typical fees range from $20 to $30 per person per class.

No.  You can cancel anytime after the first 12 months.  The License is valid until the day you cancel your monthly subscription. Please see Cancellation.

The Term is 12 months and automatically rolls over with the annual payment or expires on termination of this Subscription Agreement.

You will need a minimum of 40-45 sqm to run an 8 person class with 1 coach. One coach per 8 participants is the required training ratio.

As part of the Licence you will receive a list of equipment to start a class with 6-8 clients. This will indicate how much to buy, where to buy it and what to look out for. Minimum set up costs are around $1200 to $1500 - and you may already have much of the equipment.

We often deliver ONERO out of community halls for hire, and as such the equipment needs to be stored and packed away after each session. From this experience we know that the equipment does not take up much space and can be packed away into something slightly larger than a broom closet. Most of it can be hung on walls, or stored against the walls.
